the kitchen table needs more than 4 chairs, overall up keep of the house has gone down in the past 4 years since our last stay here

Thank you for your comments. We wish you had called us anytime during your stay as we are always available to handle our guest needs. Perhaps the dehumidifer was off in the basement which would present a problem. This summer is one of the hottest Cape Cod summers and humidity was high. FYI-- this home just had a brand new kitchen put in over the winter with new cabinets, granite counters and stainless appliances which all of our guests have enjoyed this summer. NE Vacation Rentals
